Good place with reliable wi-fi, a cozy bar area, and a tv. The helpful staff even assisted me with a late check-out during my first stay. I'm excited for my return this Christmas!

Room was pretty spartan but it did the job as a base for the Siverstone f1 weekend. Friends room was better appointed but overall I wouldn't hestitate to stay here again.

I was in a single room on 2nd floor. I liked the view out the windows, trees swishing, quiet street. Ensuite shower suite looked very modern.

The location is ideal for access to the motorways and just out of Rugby town but has handy shops opposite for food and essentials.
There was general feeling that the hotel was being allowed to run down. Which is sad.

Did not like anything about the hotel and will not be staying at that hotel again!!!
Room was dirty and dusty. Was going to make a cup of tea and saw thick dust on top of the kettle so had no drink. Bed linen was not changed as someone hairs were in my bed and asked for them to be changed. Carpet has not be vaccumed. Shower was complicated to use and did not have a shower before I left. Whole place needs refurbishing. Lady owner of the place has no customer service about her. Sat a table for two for breakfast as others were for four as I was on my own. When asked for more utensils...she said I should of sat at another table and then told me not to bother move. I ordered full english breakfast and then she said you didn't order did you? I said I did...never going back there. When I told her about the dust she just said I guess its time for a spring clean....IT Should be cleaned everyday!!!

comfortable room but lacked breakfast service
The hosts were very good with their cute attitude it. The room was not only clean but also provided a reassuringly comfortable space to unwind after a long day.
No breakfast available when I checked out too early.

Bed was one of the best I have ever had and room nice and quiet. A nice change from the newer "all the sametype" hotels.
